Mitsubishi.com. make sure you click the English tab so it is easier to communicate with the support window. once you click the English tab, it will redirect you to the main page. there will be a search tool in the upper right hand corner. type in manuals. this will get you started. the remote may be ordered at your local tv shop or best by.

Just in case, here's the 108-page user's manual for your TV:
http://www.hdtvsolutions.com/pdf/MIT_WD-52525_WD-62525_WD-52725_WD-62725_Manual.pdf

Yor "NetCommand" TV remote is a wondrous thing, capable of throwing off anyone.

When the 'Device Selection Menu" is dispayed, and only when the device icon is highlighted,
does the key work, and it also only works when the remote is in "A/V Receiver" mode -
not in "CABLE or DBS" mode, nor "VCR" mode, nor "DVD" mode.
So, (1) set the NetCommand remote to "A/V Receiver" mode
(2) bring up the Device Selection Menu, using the key on the remote
(3) highlight the Satellite receiver input icon (highlighted with a Yellow outline)
(4) press GUIDE on the remote, to swap the analog digital setting.

Also displays ChannelView for Antenna 1 and Antenna 2 - you may have accidentally
set the TV to get its input from the wrong Antenna.

If your TV has lost memory of its DBS source, you may have to re-teach the TV (using the remote)
that the DBS (Digital Broadcast Satellite) input exists, and to which input its connected.
Refer to "Edit NetCommand, Add an A/V Receiver", pages 39-45 of your Owner's Manual.

My receiver has no optical input. how do i connect my receiver so when i play my (PS3/xbox 360)i can hear it on the surround system..my model plasma(ps50b850y1w)

Hi.

If your receiver has HDMI, AV or Composite input, you can use this connections.

Let me know receiver, (and surround if separate system) make and model, so that I can be more specific.

No TV signal

If it's hooked to Dish network, you have a receiver to connect to the TV. If you're using the receiver's RF output on channel 3 or 4 to the TV's antenna jack, you need to have the receiver on while the TV is scanning or it won't add the receiver's output channel. You can rescan channels after you turn the receiver on. If the TV has AV input jacks and you're connecting the receiver that way, you need to switch the TV to the AV input. That may be difficult or even impossible without the TV remote.

Have you gone through your onkyo receivers setup manual. You will most likely need to adjust the settings on your Onkyo receiver. I also have an onkyo reciever and I have to assign the inputs to the video source. Being that you got sound out of the front speakes. I am assuming when you were playing out of the dvd player your reciever was only on stereo sound. Once I get feedback I can assist you further
Thanks,

Hi there, i have a Kenwood V7090D AV receiver. the problem is a) i cannot switch the DSP off without 5.1 switching off as well and b) DSP affests all channels when speakers B is swithched on. if u can...

If you have only Left and Right connected the receiver wont know what to send to the other speakers without some kind of DSP.
If you are using an optical or coaxial connection from a dvd player it may utilize the other speakers if the DVD player is providing that information.
If you dont like the DSP but still want to have all the speakers function while listening to non surround sound material try setting the DSP flat or to a reduced setting.

If you are listening to a DVD with surround sound information and the DSP off still provides no sound to the rear speakers check the manual for that receiver for a "auto surround detection" setting.
good luck.
