Question about Chamberlain Powerdrive PD422D 1/2 HP Security Plus Screw Drive Garage Door Opener
Just moved in to a new to me house. The opener was unplugged when i got to it. When I plug it in, the light comes on, but nothing else happens. Anyone have any ideas ?
The light flashing on the back of the operator 5 times indicates that there is an RPM sensor failure. They can be changed easy enough, but remember to unplug the operator first. The part # is 41C4398A. Your best bet would be to call a garage door company and get them to look at it. Your logic board may also be fried from the storm. Hope this helps.
