the phone doesnt know where to go when you click that, i dont know why it does that, go to you text messages, then press left or right on the d-pad, near the top left it should tell you what message inbox you're moving to, keep clicking till you get to the work one, you have to remember what name you gave your work account
Hey there...just want to clarify..you mean that after you selected the internet explorer, does the home page like yahoo.com is showing to your browser?? or it suddenly disappear along with the browser? well, try to change your home page setting, you can change it through the internet options and change it from there...then let's see what will happen next...
Go to your main menu and select: System Tools: Select Task Manager: And Internet Explorer will show up as a process. Leave the Internet Explorer Process Highlighted, this may require scrolling through the list till you find it/ Select the Menu key: (the little dot that next to the end call button) And click the Kill Process button. Generally I go through once or twice a day and "Kill All Processes" just to clear up the processor load.
just do a master reset you must have put a junk program and makes the whole system go out of its mind so just master reset but make sure you have all of your stuff backed up on it and what messed mine up was the weatherbug app which is so lousy
master reset the
phone by hold the center key and the power, then follow onscreen
instructions, let it sit on the windows mobile screen, before you master reset try turning the phone off, and taking out the memory card, then turn back on, if same thing happens....do the master reset
I had this problem with a used phone I bought and I just fixed it 5 minutes ago.
Chances are you have some gunk inside the headset plug on the top of the phone. First power off the phone and pull the battery just to be safe. Use a bright light and a small pin, get the small pin under each of the 3 copper/gold contacts inside the receptacle on the phone and give the spring contact a little flick sideways and upwards. This should help dislodge it from the internal shunt which is telling the phone that a headset it connected. Next give the hole a shot with some compressed air from a can or air compressor. Replace battery and power up.
If you're lucky like I was the phone will power back on with no icon on the screen, and the ear speaker will be back to normal. Good luck!
