starck 3 cistern d/flush bot supply bottom LH supply WH.

This was plumbed in and works correctly apart from the fact that it overflows constantly. It has a few settings inside that i have moved up and down etc. but it seems that the float, does not stop the water rising. Although it rises with the water, once it reaches its setting the water continues to rise and flows out through the overflow, down thru the ,main flush system????

    Hope this helps

My Duravit toilet continues to run, too. It's not a leaky flapper, the shut off float does not seem to stop the water flow even when it has reached it's maximum height.

I too have had this problem. No matter how i change the settings ..sooner or later the toilet starts to flow continually getting worse and worse. I have had plummers and friends etc see if they can make it stop and it is no better. I am very disapointed with it and will never ever buy Duravit again. I tried contacting them for help and got nowhere. Bad design. Waste of money.. I should have stuck with the old ball-**** system at B&Q.

OUr 5 yr old duravit toilet is constantly running. Seems that tank water is seeping into bowl causing the mechanism to demand more water. Onl way to stop is to turn of water valve until we need. Before I...

if you can see the water running in the bowl it's a good chance that the flappers warn http://www.aplumbers.com/residential/toilet
1. tank the tank lid off.2. flush the rubber thing that comes up and allows the water to go to the bowl is the flapper 3. remove 4. replace that should fix it.
problem 2
1. tank tank lid off.2. if the waters flowing over the long tube in the center and down then the water level is too high3. adjust the level either it will have a ball **** or a float in either case   a ball **** adjusts by a screw on the fill valve. the float has a either a metal rod w/ a pinch clamp or a plastic long screw type thing.4. adjust water level .5. barely lift handle to allow a little water out til fill valve kicks on then release handle til valve stops .6. just keep re adjusting til you get the water level right there should be a molded in line for the level on the back of the tank.

After cistern refill outflow into toilet bowl continues to dribble in - and you can see a slight flow into the bowl and every so often we hear the cistern refilling a small amount to compensate.

Cannot remove top of cistern

There are some dual flush cisterns where you have to depress one button to reveal a cavity in the second button. Put a screwdriver in that cavity to lever out the second button, then release the first button and prise that out.

Underneath the buttons is a screw which must be unscrewed to release the cistern lid.

Not sure if this will apply to you... but if not, good luck anyway.
