There are several pieces here. gmail can use "pop" access to try to retreive your verizon email by pretenting to be a mail program, logging on ( you give it your sign on info) and downloading all your mail. you need your exact log in name, passwrd, and pop server from verizon. some internet companies have started to encrypt all their customer email to make it safer. you may need to check "use SSL" at gmail.com to make sure it has all the login info needed to retreive your verizon email. make sure you dont have a popup blocker when you access gmail so the interface loads properly.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

How do I log into my old gmail account after creating a new one?

Each Gmail account ought to have its own password. Often, people let their software "memorize" the password, but after some time tend to forget what it was.

I set up my Gmail accounts to "POP" settings so that they actually "download" the incoming mail locally to my computer. This way I've got ALL the mail I want to keep ON my computer, meaning I don't have to use online access to Gmail to get it.

Googles change my g mail without permission

Many email users know the feeling of having inadvertently clicked the wrong link in their email program. In a moment, they can wipe out hours of work.
Other users have faced the frustrations that result when a mistaken click deletes their entire email history.
Gmail has built safeguards into its email program that will allow a user to recover deleted emails. Gmail also allows a user to recover a deleted Gmail account as long as the core Google account remains active.

Log in to your Google account using your Google username and password.
Go to the Google homepage and click "Sign up for Gmail."
The Gmail sign-up form will open with your former Gmail username in the username field.
Complete the sign-up form and enter your existing Google account password.
Click "Continue."
Your Gmail inbox should appear.
Restoring a Deleted Gmail Email
Open the Gmail inbox page and click "Trash" on the left-hand toolbar.
Click the box next to the message that you would like to restore.

Gentlemen: My problem seems unsolvable. I have been approved to utilize the following email addresses, but only one is avaiable for me to find, open and respond to. #1 is my Verizon Mail address, totally...

Sounds to me like you likely are the victim of ongoing id theft via your personal computer or some other computer you have used to access each of those accounts. Stop using any computer you have been using recently and subsequently lost access to those email accounts. find some other computer, verify that computer is not compromised before using it. contact gmail concerning your lost email accounts and go through their process of verifying you are the authorized owner of those accounts. The same applies to your verizon account. They should be able to restore your account based on the billing and personal information you set up with them when you established the account, provided of course you are not the hacker... Beyond that there is nothing anyone else can do to assist you in restoring access to the lost accounts other than the service providers themselves.
