I haven't touched a single setting in my computer but I went to connect to a web conversation and my computer simply says "Camera not found". Its not even there in the hardware. What may have happened and how do I fix it?

- Yeah I know what you mean. I just bought the Acer Extensa 4420 with vista the other day, did a fresh install of xp and got all the drivers off line. Everything works BUT the webcam. I get the same exact message. And when I pull up the crystal eye program the window comes up but the camera still doesn't turn on. I deleted and reinstalled the drivers 3 different times, but no change. If there is anyone out there who knows how to solve this problem please let me know, Acer might as well not have tech support, because they pretty much don't. - BUCCIPopular Solutions for Acer Aspire 4520-5582 PC
