Two ways - press the reset button with a pin - or press power buton and volume up button - that takes you to recovery mode - then select reset/wipe tablet - reset can mean two things - i have included both.

2. In . ten seconds the blue PROSCAN screen will be displayed. still keep black power button on hold, and unleash clip.
3. some seconds later you may see an android 'guy' lying on his back with belly open, and a red triangle (with !) image hovering higher than his belly. unleash power button. this means we are on the point of having the ability to interrupt things. Note that once a second more or less, if no more action is taken, the tablet can shut off, then be restarted normally.

5. Use clip to scroll down the list of choices. To reset the tablet, choose wipe data/factory reset. Press power button to confirm the choice. (If you go past the specified choice, carry on clicking, because the choice can scroll back to the highest once at the bottom).

7. The wiping method starts, and after a couple of seconds will complete.
8. Menu choice bring up system currently should be highlighted. Press power button to choose.

1) Switch Player off then On (this is to clean-boot firmware).
2) Wait until main menu appears
3) Open Disc Tray and Close Disc Tray (May not be necessary)
4) As soon as "No Disc" is displayed quickly press REPEAT on
remote quickly use the following code for your current
region:
Region 1: Press - 2,9,3,3,4
Region 2: Press - 5,7,5,3,8
Region 3: Press - 5,6,7,3,2
Region 4: Press - 7,6,8,8,4
Region 5: Press - 5,3,8,1,4
Region 6: Press - 2,4,4,6,2
5) Your current Region will appear in the top-right corner
6) Quickly Press "9" before it disappears (It should replace
the code with a "9" in the corner)
7) Switch Player Off and then On again.

Note that REPEAT is part of the code so one smooth press of
6 keys is required.

There isn`t currently a region hack for Blue-Ray Disks

Back up your most important data to an external storage device in case anything goes wrong while changing the BIOS settings. Remove any disc that is currently inserted in the IBM Thinkpad X41's disc drive.
2-Shut off the Thinkpad X41 laptop. Turn the laptop back on and wait for the "To interrupt normal startup, press the blue Access IBM button" message to appear on the screen.

Id listen for the relay to click when pressing stert button,,also check w/ pressing buton at single green wire on starter w/ vom for voltage 12 vilts...also check fuse for that circut...

switch to time mode, and hold the middle buton on the left side until the watch shows SET TIME. press the next track button to set the hour (blinking on the screen) by pressing the + and - buttons to change the value. press the next track button to move to minutes, then seconds, then month, then day, and then year all being changed by the + or - buttons. then press the left middle button to exit. Congratulations, you just set your watch :D

I had the exact same problem. Finally, I pressed all the three buttons, power, left click and right click buttons and held it for several seconds. After that, the tablet turned on.
