Question about Adobe Premiere Elements 4
First you need to check to see if your microphone is working properly. If you're using Windows XP, click on "Start" button, click on "Control Panel", double click "Sounds and Audio Devices". In the popup window, click on the "Voice" tab, then click "Test Hardware". This will load a program that will show a noise level meter to show if your microphone is working properly.
