Got this off the logitech forum, The only instructions that I can find (which came with my relatively new pc) are on a large "Installation Guide," the most pertinent information from which is about setting the time and date: "To enter time/date setting format on the keyboard LCD, press the FN key and F10 key simultaneously." Also "LCD: Mode (F9): switch mode from Time/Date to Alarm to Timer to Character Count. Set (F10): press to set Time/Date, Alarm and Timer. Change batteries one by one to keep LCD settings. Remove the 4 keyboard batteries to reset Character Count to "o." Bell (f11): put Alarm On or Off. START/STOP (F12): start 01 pause Timer." The Logitech program group (should be on your Start menu) will give you further information for identifying keys, and for formatting the keyboard and mouse. Good luck.

How do i set the clock on my mx 3200 keyboard?

To set the clock and date all you nee to do is have it on the clock and date mode. If you have it on a different mode hold the function (FN) key and press mode (F9) to toggle through each of the modes until you get to the one you want.

Then, to set it hold the function (FN) key and press set (F10). Next type in the numbers that you need for the hour time, then the min, then select 12hr clock or 24 hour clock with arrows, then select the month with the arrows, and finally select the day with the arrows. pressing enter to get to each step respectively. don't forget to rate me

Alarm

Mine did the same thing, only mine was at noon. Press the "FN" Key (between the left Alt. and left Ctrl Keys) and then the F11 Key. This will turn the alarm off then on again if the F11 key is pressed a second time.
