Solution: Please change your VGA Card wit Supported Display Card with external VGA, cause if you use for unsupported VGA card the problemsthatwilloccur. I suggest using external VGA (not use onboard VGA) like Nvdia Gforce. I always use that produk for all my Client.
You might like to try one of those provided by Windows. When you boot in safe mode and update the driver of your Graphic card in control panel and device manager, you can choose one of those drivers from windows vga compatible driver list.
The PC Chips MB PCCHIPS SiS746FX M848A V5.0 462 motherboard does not have onboard video, correct? So if you can obtain the make and model of your video card, you can then find the Windows XP drivers online for download. Then you would be able to provide said drivers when the "system asks you to update SiS 2615 Display Adapter driver"
*Another quick fix would be to use a different VGA card, if you have one available?
*Now, I have never been prompted to update display driver before or during a windows installation or update. So that step I would require a little more detail on. I have only been prompted for mass storage drivers (as seen in screenshot).
