I sent an email to cmb software and got a response from Bob Johnson at email@example.com but that did not help. Subsequently, I have been unable to get a response from him. Have they gone out of business??? I have tried several times without success.

It depends what program sent the picture, some email programs will actually make the picture smaller before it is sent, to reduce the size of the whole email, so it can be received by someone's "restricted size" email service.
IF you even try to make that picture larger, it will make it "pixelated" and you may not be able to use it, like that.
I suggest you email the person back and ask for a better/larger picture.
I hope this helps.
The computer small business in many ways the typical home computer. This means that the PC at home has many features as an integrated system for small business, but with more diverse functions. A type of software companies specialized small equipment. Some equipment will be installed with software such as Power Point presentation. This creates a more rational system of sharing. At the other end of the spectrum of computer system designs for small businesses. A computer designed for graphic design in general, has a very different set of specifications that the system of information exchanges. The picture of this guy probably would be built with high-end graphics cards have more RAM to support the necessary programs, and have a bigger hard drive for storing large graphics filesSince web design is very graphic intensive, the system is also equipped with a graphics card better than most. The computer must be connected to the branch network and the Internet, especially with a broadband connection. The workspace based on the Web also have the ability to share information, create presentations, create notes and send emails Inter. Hard drives in the small business computer is usually a large size to store all files associated with each page created.
Most email providers will limit the size of the email to 10mb. Some go as large as 30mb. If you right click the image and select properties what is the file size (remember 1mb is 1024kb)? If the file size is fairly large try compressing the software using software like winzip or winrar. To see if it can shrink the file enough to be sent via email. Another thing to note is some email providers also do not allow certain file formats to be mailed as well. Most will allow you to mail a compressed file format (*.zip, *.tar.gz, *.rar).

If your laptop and phone have a bluetooth connection, connect them via bluetooh with PC suite or PC studio which can recognize your phone and send photos by exploring your phone.
Otherwise try cable connection. If both said are not possible, send photos to your email via mobile internet and download them from your email by accessing from your PC.
Yes, I think having more memory in the laptop will help with the presentation. Try pulling up one of the last couple of pages and wait to see if the image ever appears. You can also pull up task manager to see what the memory and CPU utilization of your system are when you are trying to pull up those slides.
If you see more than 256MB of RAM in use, I would upgrade. Depending on what version of Windows you are running I would try to go with atleast 512MB RAM. If you are using Vista, then you should really be 1GB or more.
It appears that you are accessing your charter account thru a different Internet Service Provider. Generally, most ISPs will allow downloads of email from 3rd party ISPs but will not permit uploads (sending email) as this is how many spammers origially sent emails without being traced and would overload email servers.
You best option is to send you email from florida using the charter webmail application at www.charter.net (Click the Email button and sing in to your account) From webmail (Which accesses Charter's Email server) you can send and receive from anywhere.
