Question about Cell Phones
This is a problem with the screen. I think it is either the LCD screen ribbon cable or a bad screen itself. Here is a guide that shows how to pull the phone apart and service the LCD screen portion of the phone. It will show how to remove the LCD screen and replace. But you can first try to just reconnect the ribbon cable.
The LCD screens are pretty cheap on ebay.
