It sounds like you have something stuck in the toilet. What you need to do is try to snake then toilet. You can also remove the toilet and turn it upside down after you remove all the water in the bowl.after you turn it upside down you should be able to see if their is something stuck in the bowl.

My cobra 18 wx st comes on and goes tru all channels but has no noise at all coming thru it. none of the signal strength lights come on or anything. its brand new.

Sounds like a antenna issue. Make sure coax is in good order.and antenna is connected properly. You might have to get a "swr" meter to put in line between radio and antenna to make sure antenna is "tuned" to were the radio is operating. Radio shack sells a ok low budget swr/power meter.

I can not call anyone, they said press the locator on base for 4 second then press ok

The locator? Service on a 7684 doesn't come from the base, it comes from the cell station. If it's registered properly, the base doesn't do anything but charge the handset.

Check with your Panasonic dealer or system administrator.

The faucet base doesn't sit flush with the sink when installed. There is about a 1/4 inch gap between the sink surface and the base of the faucet.

Typically there is a plastic piece that sits in the bottom of the faucet base. It has a up and down side. The "up" side has lines to reinforce the base as well as it is designed to fit snuggly in the bottom of the faucet. If it is upside down then those lines will hold it off the base.

This should solve the problem. If not check the spacing of the water lines that protrude thru the sink and make sure that they are not spread to far or too little and not allowing the faucet to seat properely.

Primer bulb will not pump fuel to carb. Disassembled and found no cracks or anything out of the ordinary. Needle valve assy. is in great shape. Any ideas??

Unfortunately, sometimes the part of the carburetor under the bulb on top of the main body goes bad. It is called the primer base assembly. There are very small check valves in there to assure the fuel flows in the proper direction. So either 1. You have an air leak in the fuel sytem somewhere so the bulb can't siphon and pump fuel 2. The check valves in the primer base assembly are stuck or bad. Do not remove the assembly and attempt to clean it with strong solvents like carb/choke cleaner. Remove the screws, the retaining ring and the bulb. Spray liberally with some WD-40 onto the top of the assembly. Reassemble and try the bulb again. You can remove the fuel supply line and the fuel return lines and spray WD into them as well. The lubricant will NOT hurt the carb, but actually help to clean it and possibly free up stuck check valves. A more thorough inspection of the sealing gaskets may be in order and that may be all the problem is. They sell a cheap gasket and diaphragm kit for tired carburetors. It is not expensive and less than a complete rebuild kit. Try the WD. If it doesn't work the first time, try it again. The trick is to get a good bit of it flowing thru the carb to clean and unstick those valves. Post back if needed.

Recently, one of my toilets won't flush properly. It is my guess that during a recent visit, a friend threw an apparently disposable object in the toilet. Since then, it won't completely flush unless I use...

May need to remove the toilet and see if the object is in the loop of the toilet drain inside the toilet-if so you can manually reach inside sometimes to remove object-if it has passed and is in your line below your floor now that the toilet is off you can use the auger or a garden hose with a thin sprayer set to high force that down into drain if you cannot see the object and see if you can push it thru to your septic tank or sub station tank depending what you have-if that dont work --hello roto rooter-

Push rod cover installation

What they mean by the base is the base circle of the cam.So at TDCC you are at base with little pressure on the rockers,so they can be removed. So if you have only removed the covers there is no need for anything except to put your cover back on.

We have a keurig coffeemaker, and it's not making a full cup..maybe half the water comes out....have restarted, gone thru menu, don't know what the problem is...

Check the needle inside the k-cup reservoir/holder to ensure it is clean and free from obstructions. The needle can get clogged easily, preventing it from brewing properly. You can remove it by pushing up from the bottom where it dispenses into your coffee cup. Wash it out completely, then brew a "blank" cup of just water on the largest size setting with no k-cup in it. If that isn't the problem, check your water reservoir tank to make sure it is seated properly. Jiggle it a bit or remove it and replace it pressing it down to make sure it is secured in the base well. Hope that helps! Best of luck...

Sounds like a defective battery or low battery.
1. Have you replaced the battery?
2. Have you changed the channel?
3. Have you dropped it?
Answer these few questions and we'll see if we can figure it out.
Let me know.
