Get the title and go to the closest dealership with proof of ownership you can request the unlock code from them or get an aftermarket stereo and installation kit and put a new stereo in it! That's the easiest solution I can offer!
A CD input is not the method used as the code is manually inputted into the radio using the push buttons on the front.(The method / instructions are below )
The only CLARION code available for free (using a serial number ) from anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C7000000 + + + + on a label somewhere on the metal casing.
(There are usually two barcodes on one label. The one required is the lower one )
If you have this barcode serial number then POST ANOTHER QUESTION quoting it.
If you do not have this number then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
