Question about Keyboards & Mice
You can reinstall the keyboard drivers and try it again.
Otherwise you need to setup the program which you are using with correct keys.

Tips for a great answer:
click start type cmd press enter you will be in DOS mode
type in ipconfig press enter
you will see all o fyour internet connection details type in your default gateway adress into your internet search should read something like 10.0.0.138
Make sure you Ethernet/internet is enabled in bios restart your computer during the boot up process you will see on your screen a certain key to
press to enter set up (BIOS) press and hold that key to enter bios using arrow keys navigate to integrated peripherals look for SiS On Chip Pci Device press enter scroll to SiS 10/100m press enter make sure its enabledimake sure its enabledPci device arrows key scroll to nstalled.

click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll down universal serial bus controllers you could see a yellow question / exclamation mark? ! or a red X
you will need to update/reinstall drivers
right click to reinstall drivers
if you can see your usb drive but its not working
ports(com&lpt)right click update driver if this fails to fix the problem
check the USB leads that attach to the motherboard usually red white green black make sure they are securely seated and have no dust build up on them dust will cause static and a lot of unforeseen problems for a computer and its parts
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to reinstall drivers
if you dont have a disk with the drivers you will have to download them
Click start control panel keyboard you can change your settings there
click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to keyboard you could see a yellow/question exclamation mark? ! or a red X right click to install drivers
click start control panel keyboard hardware then properties you should see driver details and have options to,update driver,roll back driver,uninstall
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it
