Problem for Kenmore 24 in. 17032 Built-in Dishwasher

Dishwasher is not washing dishes.

We have a Kenmore Elite model 1772990. The glasses are very cloudy when they finish washing and if you do not scrub the dishes before putting them in the diswasher they come out with the old food on them.
Any ideas on what to do to fix this?

the problem is hard water. go to www.dishwasherfilter.com. they have a product for this problem. it filters the hard water going into your dishwasher and leaves your dishes spot free every time. it is very affordable and guaranteed to solve your problem.

Glasses and dishes are not clean, especially upper tray, can i check for any blockage. Not enough power spray on upper chopper. Removed chopper looked clear.

Make sure your water is at least 120 degrees and change to a dishwasher detergent with a water softener and a rinse aid in it.
