If it is not working your mobile conncet to pc. plz download oxycube software. install software in your pc. go to file explorer and go to C: (Phone memory) then choose hidden folder and delete sms files then delete theams then restart your mobile

maybe the themes u got are not supported by the phone or really corrupted try to download to mobile9.com for you phone model

when u have file manager in ur mobile than u install the supported theam file than the theam is working prpoerly in ur mobile
