Question about Jandy AQUALINK RS TELELINK KIT

Have a Jandy aqualink clorinator. Aqualink indicates low salt in pool, independent salt check shows proper level. Aqualink shows 1.7 however test strip shows 3.9. Set boost for 24 hrs. and no chlorine is produced. Aqualink shows codes: 144, 180 and 181.

    Have reprogrammed the Aqualink and the heater. Have enalbed the qualink on the heater and set the heater temp to 104 and programmed the Aqualink to 88. The delay indication will not come on and the heater will not start.

You need to replace the flow sensor for the salt cell. This unit calculated the salt level based on a few factors. The codes also indicate a bad sensor

The system keeps showing "no flow" and the hand held asks to check aquapure.


inside aqua pure there is a card hooked to the salt sensor cable there is a button to hold down until a green light shows then see if you get flow if not need new sensor

My remote shows aqua pure as a general default. I have cleaned cell but it did not change. System is not creating clorine.


In this case I would call the Jandy technical support. If it says it is in general fault then it means it will not generate chlorine. I hope this helps.

Too much salt in pool (4,100)


the leslies employe is right the only way to get rid of the high salt level is to drain the water i would say drain a 3rd and fill pool and check salt level some salt genarators can not make chlorine at high salt levels or when the water is cold
