Web cam doesnt work

You need to download the drivers for your web cam. Go to this link:http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=2093&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=3650978

When you get there, select where you see "Operating System", select your operating system (ex: XP, Vista, or Windows 7). It will then show all the drivers for your operating system...scroll down until you see the Software - Multimedia (‏1) click on and then download and reinstall your .Cyberlink YouCam Software Hopefully this will help...good luck.

I have replaced my XP Computer for a Windows 7 and downloaded the software for my JVC Everio HDD Camcorder GZ-MG36EKM.However a message onscreen says that the camcorder software is incompatible with my new...

If your Windows7 work in x64 operating system, of course it would be incompatibility if you use driver for XP in it, since Windows XP use x32 system, that's where the problem come from (I've faced the same problem sooo many times for several software) . You need to check your OS first (push Windows and Pause Break button together to see it) and make sure which one is your OS, 32 or 64 bit OS? If you have 64 bit OS, for any software that you want to download from internet, you must choose that support 64 bit OS. Some of x32 software still installable in Win7 64 bit, but yes, other software need us to spend some bucks to download them.
If you upgrade your Windows7 you may use XP Mode that allow you to install XP driver or software in Win7 based PC, but once again, ITS NOT FREE !!

Hope this help and be kind to rate please.

My camera labtec 6.0 didn't support with win 7 how can I update it or how can it work with win 7

1) Diagnose and update Microsoft DirectX - I am currently on version 11
In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to check the support software - Microsoft DirectX . This comes pre-loaded on most Windows computers but has to be updated - I am currently on version 11
To start the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click 'Start', click 'Run', type dxdiag in the Open box, and then click OK
Run through the tabs checking the 'notes' windows for information
2) Download what software you can find on the Labtech website, preferably an OS that you used the cam in before
3) Now set the Compatibility Mode for that software
Right click on the webcam icon on your desktop or the webcam file from 'All Programs' - select 'Properties'
Select the 'Compatibility' tab
Select 'Compatibility Mode'
Use the dropbox to show the OS you have successfully used before
Click OK
Restart your computer

Cam is fuzzy

Try your cam here - hit "allow" in the top window and check your cam in the left window.
http://www.testmycam.com/
If the image is better here than on your computer uninstall the webcam software and download new software here
http://www.labtec.com/index.cfm/service/listing/EUR/EN,crid=68,crid2=1764
make sure its available before uninstalling.

I have Vista Home Premium, I can uninstall my webcam software and when I re-boot the computer it will search for software automatically.
