Hi sir, thank u for this pretty easy and helpful site... my problem is that : i have an i-mate jam, it was working ok, but last night when i try to tab on the screen it's take the tape of another locations and spacific the left side of the screen that mean when i try to tap on the keyboard icon (down right the screen) the NEW menu opened (the left down icon) when i try to cilck on the clock or on the new msg (the top of the screen) the start menu opened (top left the screen) and the same on the phone pad , please sir help me , and is it a hardware or a software prblem?? can i fromat the device and install a new windows on it ??? thanx for help.
Hi this problem can occure once in a whaile. you should do the "Align Screen" process. tap "start", then "settings", then on the Screen icon and in the generasl tab get to the Align Screen you will have to hit the target on the screen until the screen will be align again. hope this helped. Dagan
