Question about Motorola Mobility i870 Cellular Phone
Go to this link and click "user manual" on the left; http://www.motorola.com/consumer/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=418fa034ea90f010VgnVCM1000008206b00aRCRD&show=productHome Check page 166 "Advanced features", the manual describes "reset all" - how to reset the phone to all defaults and erase all stored lists. Be aware that the information deleted in this way could possibly still be recovered by someone who really wanted to and had access to the right equipment, but it will not be available to anyone using the phone normally. The only way to ensure this is to at least partially fill the contact list back up with fictional contacts, reset again, then repeat as many times as you can be bothered. once should be more than enough for most routine info. Hope this helps :)

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
