Question about HP Officejet 6310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have bought remanufactured ink cartridges for the HP officejet 6310. The ink level monitoring no longer registers the amount of ink left in the cartridge. Does this only work with genuine HP carteidges?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Diagnostic Tap 41 Test (verifies electrical health of ink
To access the diagnostics menu on the HP Officejet J5700 or J6400 series
printers, select * and # keys simultaneously and enter 124 (or 123). From there
you can access the Reports Menu, 'print-mech tap test and run the diagnostic code=41
test (see video above for reference) - this will tell you the exact health of your ink
cartridges. To run it I think you'll need to access via '124' access code for the HP OJ J64xx printer series.
