Hello sir,Before 3 days ago I bought HP dv5 1104AX laptop.In this laptop there one problem in graphics like suppose I open video site in browser aned if I put in full screen then screen will be divide in two part one is black and other portion is in white.What't the solution for that.

I understand that your notebook is unable to play online videos in a web browser in full screen mode.


Videos on YouTube are streamed through an Adobe Flash player. For the best viewing experience, we suggest you install the latest version of Adobe Flash after removing any old versions you've installed.
Please completely uninstall Flash before reinstalling the latest version.

If the instructions above don't resolve the issue please try the following:

  1. Temporarily disable popup blocking software installed on your computer to test.
  2. Allow YouTube.com as a trusted site in your Firewall software.
  3. Ensure other applications like Quicktime, iTunes, Real Player, or Windows Media Player aren't set as the default streaming application, as this might affect the video player.

Windows Vista users: If the flash uninstall reinstall does not work this maybe due to a Microsoft Windows Vista permissions issue.
Please use the Windows button at the bottom left then the search function:
  1. Go to: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
  2. Right-click on the following file: FlashUtil9b.exe or FlashUtil9e.exe
  3. Select "Run as Administrator" and install the update.
  4. Restart your computer.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. Unfortunately, most laptops have integrated graphics cards meaning, the graphic card is built into the motherboard. So, to replace the graphics card means you have to replace the motherboard, which can be more expensive(depending on who does the replacing).

You can try and find a replacement part yourself by visiting some online computer parts stores or maybe some locally.

If the laptop is under warranty, and the fault is not yours, Acer should not charge you. Depending on the circumstances maybe you can escalate the repair ticket to have the cost reduced or waived entirely.

1.You can download the sound driver here:

2. There are 2 files that you need to download. Kindly read the whole page.

3. For the video driver try to visit this link:

4. after downloading, install all the drivers then restart your computer.

Sir my internet speed is 230kbps why i see videos easily


230 kbps is not too fast compared to some online video content.
Try not to watch videos fullscreen.
Another thing that may be causing a problem is the computer's graphic card. Or the graphic card driver. Make sure to update the driver.
Internet speed varies with the website and time of day etc.
Test the speed here - it also suggests using google's chrome browser - it may help.

How 2 solve the poor video quality in intel hd graphics of acer aspire 4745? i recently bought acer aspire 4745 (core i5 430m processor, 3gb ddr3 ram)...i dont ve any integrated gpu in it...it shows the...


1. check your display settings for the best possible screen resolution for your laptop.
2. the new CPU that is installed is defaulted at 1080p resolution and is to strong for the video graphics card that is on the mother board which is possibly 1280X740 . Being a laptop and the video graphics is built into the mother board therefore possibly not compatible with the new processor.
