Hi the crossbar of my Zapp has snapped at one end on the plastic join, can I get another piece to repair?

in the UK
and the product is under 2 years old, please contact your retailer with your
proof of purchase and they can arrange for it to be sent to our engineers for
inspection and as they're unable to repair, a replacement will be supplied under warranty.
If you're in the UK and the product is over 2 years old or you no longer have proof of purchase a replacement Zapp Xtra seat unit can be purchased from your local Quinny retailer RRP 125GBP
