Question about Televison & Video
As you can see in the highlighted area below, I have already purchased the premium plan. This has not helped me solve my problem. I don't know what to do next. I paid almost $20 for a session that was cut short and I have not been able to reconnect. When ever I try your program wants to charge me again even though I sign in. So now what?? On top of that by the time I get an answer to my emails to you my time will have run out. Hmmmmmm, doesn't seem right!!

The device does not play.
Ensure that a supported disc is loaded in the player label-side up.
Ensure that the disc's region code matches the player's region code.
Ensure that the disc's rating level does not exceed the player's.
Ensure that the disc is not damaged or too dirty. Clean the disc or try another disc.
Moisture may have condensed inside the player. Remove the disc and leave the player on for
1-2 hours and then try again.
or lense may be dirty, try using a dvd 'head' cleaner. this may help situation, if continues, may be internal issue and need repair.
