The BIOS is usually written in a micro type ASM (Assembly) language which is basically a bare bones hardcore programming language that is used for programming in machines, car computer controls, and other things.

How can i change the language of ibm 300gl in the bios setup

Hi!

Are you trying to change the language of your operating system? Depending on your version of Windows, you can do that by following these instructions:

Install or change display language

I've also attached the user manual for your system below for future reference:

Hope this helps!

Where in the bios of my laptop can I Chang the language?

You can't! you will have to flash the bios with one in the language you require. If you mean the language of the operating system then that is a different matter.

IDEAPAD HAS SPANISH LANGUAGE ON IT WILL NEED TO CHANGE CMOS AND REINSTALL WIN 7 IN ENGLISH

On the IdeaPad, while the system is booting, before you get to the windows booting screen (during the BIOS boot), press F2 to bring up the BIOS options. From there, change the language ("idioma" in spanish) from spanish (Espanol) to english (Ingles). If that doesn't fix it, then change the language in Windows 7 (Start menu > Control Pannel > Clock, language, and Region > Region and Language)
You should not have to reinstall the operating system. If you have trouble navigating in Spanish, contact me at my listed email address.

I dont know the disadvantages of visual basic.

visual basic, is only a basic programming language, most programs will run on Java script, microsoft is visual basic though, but it uses a lot more complex scripts then, if you like the programing language, go for it, but i did not like it.
Also
VB is undoubtedly the simplest and easiest platform to build major Windows applications. The problem is that like other Microsoft products they change faster than I change my socks. You will certainly need more than just VB. Get into server and client side scripting and the use of VB Net.

Officejet 4110 all in one printer driver for windows 98 (download

This printer was masde for win Xp.Their are no 98 drivers written for it. It never will work on win 98 sorry.
f your operating system is not listed, HP does not currently have software or driver downloads available for your product for that operating system, or they are not available in the language you have chosen. To look for a driver in another language, change the software/driver language by clicking the "Change your software/driver language:" link on this page to see what drivers are available for your operating system.

SETTINGS FROM FRENCH TO ENGLISH

There are three areas you can (or cannot) set languages.
1. Operating system (Windows most probably) Unfortunatelly you cannot change the operating system language. (Except Vista Ultimate and Vista Enterprise edition and having the right MUI)
Other windows languages are not changeable without re-installing the current op.sys. and of course you have to have the right language based op. sys. on cd or on dvd.
2. BIOS language change: It can be change if the BIOS flashable and the BIOS provider released the required version in your language. (Mostly default language is english) Some BIOS can be set to other language without flashing it. Look in the BIOS menu first. It's not easy to find if its set to another language but try every sub menu than you will find it.
3. The regional and keyboard settings. Its a basic setup in the control panel--->Regional and Language (GLOBE ICON) ---> firs and second tab you have to choose the desired language.

It prints in bad language format

It's not the printer that determines the language that is printed. It is the operating system and/or the program that is printing. Also, what you type.

In computers that run Windows operating systems it is chosen in the Control Panel. Use the Start button. Choose Control Panel then Regional and Language Options. Select your language in the pulldown menu. The entire system, including prompts, titles, etc. will now revert to that language. It will not, however, do a translation. If you have documents that were written in English they will still be English. If you want to type in English and print in French it will not happen. You must type in French to print in French...Comprenez-vous ?

A simple translator is available at http://www.reverso.net.

How do you make operating software

Operating systems are written in a variety of computer languages, including the one you mention, C++. What they use often depends on what part of the software they are working on. User interfaces can be developed using anything from Visual C or even Visual Basic, to C++, and others. Low-level code (such as the kernal, in Windows) is usually written in some form of assembly-level code. Microsoft has several hundred programmers who do nothing but work on Operating System software. Hope that helps!

Cheers
