Question about Televison & Video
Sounds like a convergence problem. The STK chips could be blown. I can tell you that the site that Jean posted will not fix this
problem and could even make things worse. That site pertains to a specific problem that is common in
some Sony sets and should not be used to try to fix any other issue.
Please keep in mind many things can go wrong with TV sets and you should really do a lot of research before attempting any adjustment and or repair. There are high voltages present and they can reside even when the set is unplugged.
