It is most likely a problem with Yahoo.
Sometimes, where there are too many people trying to access the same page, at the same time, a server doesnt have enough space for everyone to do so.
If the problem persists, i would try using a different internet browser. Firefox or Google Chrome are both good options.
This may be a problem with your computer's cache. You can download Firefox web browser to fix this, or you can clear your temporary internet files under Tools > Internet Options > Delete browser history.
try mozilla firefox to have access to your Ymail account..by the way if you use internet explorer 6.some plugins can not be worked so you cant login to your yahoo account..so you must try explorer 7 or greater..
It sounds like you are using internet explorer. If this is correct, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
First of all, Did you check to see if you are connected to the internet? If so, try refreshing your browser.
Option 2- Close your browser and then reopen it. Type in www.yahoomail.com and see if the sign in page shows up.
If none of these options work this may be a problem that you would have to contact micosoft about. The microsoft website has trouble shooting forums, live chat with a microsoft technician, email a technician, and there is also most recent information related to popular issues with internet explorer, specifically to "internet explorer not displaying the webpage"
Another suggestion I have for you is that if you have another internet browser such as "Mozilla Firefox" Try accessing yahoo mail that way.
Make sure you have the correct
address for the webpage and that you typed it correctly.
Try entering “/index.html” at
the end of the address.
Verify that your hard disk is
working correctly, and if necessary repair it.
Reinstall Safari 4
If the webpage still won't open, report the
problem by opening the Action menu near the upper-right corner of the Safari
window (looks like a gear) and choosing “Report Bugs to Apple.” ================= Hope this answer your question was this helpful? Your rating is very important to me thank you
