Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
I could plug my sansa into the computer no problem and it will charge but as soon as i pull up windows media player to sync songs to the sansa it will go to a white screen then then turn off then power back on again repeatedly doing the same thing.
2 possibilities. Most likey you need to upgrade the firmware for your device so that it is compatible with WMP. Go to the sandisk website. find product support and download the latest fimware. install it on your player. then try using wmp again. if that doesn't work you may need to reformat the device. open your 'my computer folder' with the device connected. right click on the device icon. click format. set to FAT format if allowed. click quick format. unplug device and then power it back on. it should reboot itself.
