The backlight on my zune is not working? Bought at Circuit City for a Christmas gift so taking it back is probably not an option.

is rest the only thing this great invention has dont buy this product its not north a dime i own one and would not rec. it to anyone on the planet

Hmmm ive never seen this kind of problem but if you press the UP and MIDDLE button at the same time and hold it for like 7 seconds it resets and it might work. Just a suggestion for your problem.
