Do you have the manual, I think panasonic put some of there fault codes in the back.

Seems to have lots of people saying it could possibly be a power supply fault, an amp fault or shorted speakers.. Some people have gone to the extreme of actually buying new components and trying to unsolder and resolder to try to fix it themselfs.

Try contacting Panasonic, they will be able to advise you better ot possibly repair / replace the system.

From the description it looks like audio output ic problem in the unit, double check your speaker connections on the back, if okay! suspect the above problem.

Sa-ak17 displays f 61

First, stop feeding it fuses until you determine the cause. Every time you blow a fuse you're stressing something in line with it.

We'd need some specific details about the sub and how it is being driven to even begin to answer the question.

My guess is you did something with the sub that is NOT recommended by the manufacturer. Shelf systems are generally not designed to be mix-n-match with other speaker components.

The F61 means "Check and correct the speaker cord connections. If this does not fix the problem, there is a power supply problem. Consult the dealer".

A blown fuse IS a power supply problem. You might look for a hands-on tech to give it a sniff and a look for whatever got cooked.
