Question about Zojirushi NRC-15 8-Cup Rice Cooker
Hello, I lost the measuring cup for the NRC-15 Rice cooker. How much rice does it hold in cups? (American measuring system). Can I buy a new one anywhere? Sally
The measuring cup (level) is 3/4th of a cup or 6oz.

Welcome to FixYa! Hi Sally, this is Max the expert that selected your problem to fix. If you find my solution helpful, I'd like a rating of "FixYa" with a comment so that continue to improve my customer service. Now to the issue, Sally.
You don't really need the "special" cup that came with your rice cooker. All of the rice cooker makers recommend a ratio of 2:1, that is, two parts water to one part rice. So using a regular measuring cup, as long as you maintain the ratio, you will have perfect white rice.
Thanks again for using FixYa and Happy Cooking!
