I had the same problem, except 2 buttons (middle and the surrounding one) fell off, then the jell stuff underneath ripped and came off too. i called the company and since it's still under manufactureres warranty they can send me a 'like new' referb free... i tried to get them to just send me the button replacement but apparently they can't do that.

On the side of the phone, there should be up and down arrow buttons. If clicking on the up arrow doesn't activate the sound portion of the ringer. You can go into settings, then sounds, then ring tone, then select the "on" button.
believe the ringer volume is low or at minimal or turned off, that's
why the ring is very low. Try this; press the arrow (left and right
or up and down button) on the phone constantly. This should increase the
ring volume if actually it is low. Or, call the phone with another
line, while the phone is ringing and press the arrow
buttons without picking up the phone, this should increase the volume.
If the above doesn't solve the problem, please let me know so that I may direct you further.
Open your phone
Press the Center Key (the key in the middle of the arrow ring)
Press the Up arrow key three times (to highlight Messaging)
Press the center key
Press the left softkey button (to access the options)
Press the Down arrow once (to highlight Erase Messages)
Press the Center key
Press the center key (to access Erase All Messages)
Press the left softkey (to confirm Yes Erase All Messages)
All your text messages are now deleted.
Hi, from the question you posted, there are three likely problems to the phone. One it's either the key button pad is bad which needs to be replace, the interface of the key button pad is dirty which needs to be cleaned, or the glass I.C which controls the key button is bad which also needs to be replaced. But i think what the problem is the cleaning of the key pad button interface because the buttons are working but they only misrepresent whatever function you try to perform on the phone. You just need to get a mobile phone technician or an electronic repairer around you to help service and clean the board and key pad button interface, and the phone will start working fine..
well there are two options.. 1. there might be a little side bar on your phone with an ^ arrow and a v arrow if you press the ^ arrow it could turn the ring on 2. if you press and hold the # button for around 10 seconds that will probably make it work.
hope i helped!
When you are receiving a call use the up/down or left/right rocker (the squarish thingy around the circular button in the middle) to increase/decrease the volume. This also works for the speaker volume if you have the speaker on.
press and hold the voice recording button (located on the right side of flip up part of screen) the list of recorded things will appear after message that voice is saved, when list appears click Options (left button with - on it located on top of keyboard) and than scroll down and select Delete All than press OK button (located in the middle of cursor buttons)
Contact problem more common with any phone. Simply problem, somtimes you have to take a part the phone clean it, dry it to fix that. You can buy a special cleanig solution for wather dammage from ebay if you realy want to fix this alone.
Push the center button(in the middle of the four directional arrows). Scroll over to the screwdriver/wrench icon and select it. Scroll down to the "Audio" line and select it. Scroll down to "Loud Detail" and select it. Set "Ring Volume" to a higher number(I use 7). Have someone call you and you should be set. If this doesn't work, with the phone open, look at the two buttons on the left side of the phone, push the top button until you have your desired ring volume. Good luck!
