Will I loose my music if I reset my mp3 player?

Resetting it will not delete files. Files will be deleted when you choose formatting your player option.Based on their manual:
If your player stops responding, reset the player. This should not cause you to lose any data or audio tracks, unless you were in the middle of transferring files. 1. Insert and remove a straightened paperclip from the Reset Hole. 2. If this does not work, proceed to Formatting Your Player. Formatting Your Player WARNING: This step deletes all your player's content. If possible, back up all your player's content on your computer before proceeding.

Instruction for zen mosaic by creative

The Zen Mosaic wants videos in a wierd format (CMV) so you have to do it via Creative Centrale.

I also had a problem briefly when CC would not open. It worked when I installed the software direct from the player but somewhere in the process of upgrading the software to the latest version on the Creative website it stopped working. I would click on the icon and nothing would happen. I cannot remember what I did to make it work again. I suspect I uninstalled it and did it again from scratch.

I have formatted my zen stone , and all files are gone for the system. i think. i can't listen music anymore can somebody help me please

if you have formatted your zen stone there is going to be nothing on there, because formatting is when it deletes everything. so in order to listen to music you will have to put some on, whatever you are trying to listen to music from.

Solved the problem. I solved the effing problem.

DO NOT FORMAT YOUR ZEN NEEON (OR MAYBE OTHER PRODUCTS AS WELL) IN VISTA.

If you did so, try to reformat in xp.

Creative Zen 32GB player wont display music files in Creative Media Explorer

Update the firmware, available at support.creative.com:

Creative Zen

Try another PC or another USB port
Make sure the hold/lock is not engaged

Reset
Check for firmware update on Creative's website
Get Recovery Tool from Creative

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

If all else fails, check with this guy:

Zen sleek MP3

This seems like a file has corrupted or a music file has and damaged the boot files, there isn't really anything around this other then you may need to format the mp3 player, try formatting it from software you use to upload music or format it using "My Computer".

First click on "Start" - then go to "My Computer" then find your mp3 player usually comes under the name of "Removable Disk", once you've found it right-click on it then click on "Format", now allow it format then after unplug your mp3 player from the computer and see if the problems been solved.

Good luck. Hope my solution was helpful.
