It's a lot easier to use a memory card reader-they are really cheap these days (e.g. amazon sell them and there are tons of them on ebay too) and save you all the hassle with usb cables, software and so on.
Otherwise, indeed, try panasonic website, go to "support" and "downloads" and select your camera from the list.
