Question about Belkin (F5D7230-4) Router (587009)
If you're trying to connect wirelessly, you probably need to disconnect from the wireless network in the wireless network manager and reconnect. This will force you to re-type the wireless access key. If you have the correct wireless key, it should connect and give you an IP.
If you're connecting using a network cable, your network connection settings may need to be change so that your computer will get an IP address automatically.

Do you have DHCP enabled on your PC? Sounds like you are not getting the IP address.
