I have water leaking from filter compartment onto the shelves. What is the best way to alleviate this problem? The fridge and freezer and icemaker/water dispenser work great!

This is most likely condensation from moist air entering the refrigerator. If the door is not opened often, you may need to check the door seal to ensure it is intact and sealing properly.

Water is collecting at the bottom of the refrigerator under the drawers

You may have a bad gasket, which is allowing moisture laden air to be sucked into the refrigerator. The moisture then condenses on the walls / shelving, and finds its way to the bottom.

Water is collecting on the shelves in the main compartment

Sounds like a typical defrost drain blockage. Not sure what model of profile you have if older or newer stile but when the defrost cannot drain to the pan below the refrigerator the water collects inside th refrigerator creating a mess. I'm going to send you to another web page that will help you see a better idea of just what i'm saying so we can help you resolve the problem and learn how to clear the drain and get the water to stop messing up everything. Water is collecting in veggie bins in

I can solve your problem for you.

Self-defrosting refrigerators dispose of the water generated during the defrost cycle, usually via a tube or channel that directs the water to a pan at the bottom of the refrigerator. From the pan, the water normally evaporates. (See a more detailed explanation of this in the How Things Work section of our website).

If the tube or channel is clogged or obstructed, the water backs up and leaks into the inside of the refrigerator compartment. Then the water builds up at the bottom, inside of the refrigerator. When the water has built up for a time it may spill out of the front of the door opening. To fix this problem, clear the drain tube or channel and allow the defrost water to flow down to the drain pan.

Water collecting on the shelves

Sure are a lot of sweaty fridges out there. My wife complains about it too. A mis-fitting door will allow moist air inside. Brute force usually fixes that. I just put my foot against the door bottom and bend the door back to where it belongs. If it has drooped, try just forcing it back up. And don't keep the door open too long when looking for stuff.

Water on btm of glass shelves and water in bottom of frig

sounds like you have a gap in the door seal, which results in condensation forming inside unit. Use a blow dryer to heat the seal around the door and ensure that the fit is tight.

open the freezer compartment loo for ice build up on floor of frezer especally towards rear behind back panel. sounds like you have a clogged/frozen defrost drain tube. removing back panel of freezer will give you acess to drain trough, melt away the ice with a hair dryer, youll find a drain hole under there somwhere, pouring boiling water down the drain will clear it pretty quickly( i use a steam machine purchased from the infomercials)
