Question about Epson Stylus R265 InkJet Photo Printer
The way I fixed mine was to unplug it wait for 10 sec to clear the memory plug back in,if it still blinks open the cover let it cycle then close it.

this is hp security error, for ink cardtridge,(the ink cartridge has internal/acess counter), you need to try change cartridge, if contuinue send to hp service center
