Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My hp wireless mouse was working fine with my hp mini laptop all the sudden stopped working

My first guess is it could be the batteries. Have you tried changing it?

If it still won't work then I suggest reinstalling it.

Thanks for using Fixya!

Mouse not working properly, works occasionally

Dear waltersricha,

It seems to be a problem with mouse battery, so replace mouse battery cells with new one. And also disconnect your mouse sensor for a while, then connect it to another USB port.

I think it helps!Let me know.

GE wireless optical mini mouse - how do you change the batteries?

I don't own this mouse in particular, but of the two wireless mice I do own, the batteries are replaced by taking the door off the bottom of the mouse and getting at the batteries that way.
