Need help with instructions

I followed the instructions to convert currency but all it does is copy the dollar amount that I typed in.

I have the translator set up to translate from English to Spanish, but then on the currency conversion it say's to "Enter a conversion rate and press enter". I do that and it just repeats what I typed in.

I need more instruction....Thanks for any help you have for me.

Paypal currency conversion

Paypal along with any other bank can charge you above current listed exchange rates. They are charging what is called a currency conversion fee on top of the conversion rate. For instance, American Express will charge say 4% on top of the conversion when you spend foreign currency on their cards. MasterCard & Visa do the same thing. Even if you were to go to England tomorrow, when you bring your US dollars to have them converted in the airport the rate is always above the current spot market rate because they include a conversion fee. Sorry but you aren't due any money back and no interest, Paypal is doing nothing wrong.

How to I change the currency on the receipt from dollars to great british pounds?

I hope I can help.
As the currency exchange rate is constantly changing, I would recommended using and online rate calculator. There are many you can use, here are a couple I would suggest.
1. The first is actually a Google trick. You can simply type "number of British pounds to American dollars" into Google (of course replacing "number of" with the actual number) and hit "search." This should bring up an exact result. You will see two boxes with currency numbers in them, and if you want to try different amounts all you have to do is change the amount in one.
2. The second I would suggest is XE Converter. Just type the amount in the "amount" space, Select the currency you want to convert from, the currency you want to convert to, and then hit "convert."
I hope this helps!

Use GOOGLE to search for "currency converter" and convert 100 dollars to pounds sterling to get a conversion rate.

Note that when you place an online order, and give your credit-card information, the amount will be converted by your credit-card company into your local currency. It should be within 2% of what that "currency converter" web-page has generated.

I NEED MS EXCEL CONVERT FORMULA FOR NUMBER TO CURRENCY

Here is a very popular bit of code from Microsoft that will convert any currency amount in a cell to English words. All code and text from below here is the work of Microsoft.

Summary
This article shows you how to create a sample, user-defined function named ConvertCurrencyToEnglish() to convert a numeric value to an English word representation. For example, the function will return the following words for the number 1234.56: One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Four Dollars And Fifty Six Cents

The Function Wizard can also be used to enter a custom function in a worksheet. To use the Function Wizard, follow these steps:

1. Click the Function Wizard button, and select User Defined under Function Category.
2. Select ConvertCurrencyToEnglish, and enter your number or cell reference.
3. Click Finish

To Create the Sample Functions

1. Insert a module sheet into a workbook. To do this in Microsoft Excel 97 or Microsoft Excel 98, point to Macro on the Tools menu, and then click Visual Basic Editor. In the Visual Basic Editor, click Module on the Insert menu. In Microsoft Excel 5.0 or 7.0, point to Macro on the Insert menu and click Module.

Lost instructions. How do you change value of tax

The c1, c2, & c3 are for exchange rates. To set the c2 exchange rate press AC. Press the MODE M/EX button till EXCH appears in the display. Press and hold the SET/% button for a few seconds until SET EXCH appears in the screen. Press c2, C2 SET EXCH RATE should be displayed. Enter the desired echange rate. For instance, today, Thai Baht is 32.8677. Once you enter your desired exchange rate, press the SET/% button.

To convert 100 dollars using the exchange rate you set on c2, make sure that EXCH is in the display by toggling the MODE M/EX button. Press AC, enter 100, press c1 then c2. Using 32.8677 as the exchange rate 100 dollars would be 3286.77 THB.

To convert 100 THB to dollars you would enter 100, then press c2 and then c1 yeilding 3.04 dollars.

You can also program a different exchange rate into the C3 button. To convert to that currency, you press c1 then c3. To convert from that currency, you press c3 then c1.

Hope that helps

How do you use the Exch rate mode? I think I know

From CASIO FAQ:

How do change the currency rate?

When you press the [M/EX] key, it toggles between conversion mode and memory mode. You will see "EXCH" on the display when in conversion mode.
C1, C2, and C3 are three conversion rates. C1 is your home country currency, and so it is always set to 1. C2 and C3 are rates for two other countries, which you can change.
For example, if you want to set a conversion rate of $1 to 0.95 euros, here is what you would do (using C1 for US dollars and C2 for euros):
1. Press [AC]
2. Hold [SET/%] for about two seconds until "SET" appears
3. Press [C2] to select currency 2
4. Input the conversion rate (0.95) and then press [SET/%] to store it in memory
You can check the currently set rate at any time by pressing [AC] and then [C2].

How do I perform a currency conversion?

If you want to convert 100 euros to US dollars, you would do the following (assuming you are using C1 for US dollars and C2 for euros):
1. Press [AC]
2. Enter 100 and then press [C2]
3. Press [C1] to convert to dollars
4. To convert back to euros again, press [C2]
You can also perform a currency conversion within a calculation. How much in US dollars would five items selling at 100 euros cost?
1. Press [AC]
2. Enter 5 [×] 100 and then press [C2]
3. Press [C1] [=]
