Total blackout

Try hard reset, this has happened to me. Hold the power and home buttons until the logo comes onto the screen. Try this when your phone is plugged in just in case it is dead.

Try to put it in DFU mode and then connect to iTunes. If it gets recognized by iTunes, then you can restore it.If all this doesnt work,it might be a hardware issue, but I doubt it.

I was taking pictures in my iphone and suddenly the screen just went blackout and i can't even hear anything or see anything? what is going on with it and can we fix it?

yes, just press and hold both the power button and the home button at the same time for around 3 to 5 seconds. it will restart and you can use your iPhone again.

My iphone will not turn on.

you need to reset your iphone. To do this toggle the switch above the volume back and forth two times, the hold the main button along with the top power button for about six seconds or until you see the apple icon displayed on your screen the main menu will appear shortly thereafter. Oh and if you did any charging during this blackout period it is accounted for when your iPhone comes back to life. Hope that helps :)

I just had the same exact problem and it worked!

IPhone 3G Apps

that all depends. for music pandora is cool. if you are a musician there is a cool beatmaker app. for docters there is a cool app to keep track of patients. there are tons of workout apps, which i have not enjoyed any, but i am a p.e. major and they were a bit simple.sportstap is great for keeping up with current scores and livesports does a nice job w baseball(mlb). the ipint and phonesabre are free and just a novelty, but fun(ipint make phone look like a beer that empties as u tilt, and phonesaber makes it sound like a star wars lightsaber) if you need an organizer there seem to be a bunch of decent ones. the app store has reviews for each app, and they are pretty accurate, just be careful if only a few have reviewed app. these reviews are less acurate. the better question would be which apps should i avoid! many seem to be corrupted and that leads to restoring phone which is a lengthy pain in the ****. if there is a must have i would say, my lite, as i have used it in a blackout to light candles. it simply displays a white screen which functions as a flashlight(strobe/colors as well)
