    I just thought That Perhaps the Router (Linksys SPA2102-SF) might have had something to do with the Problem...???
    "Good on You"?? I wasn't trying to come across as being Rude or Judgemental, just trying to find a fix was all...

    I got this Problem resolved, mostly from experimentation. I ended up severing all connections from Outside the House coming Inbound, disconnecting All the Old DSL Filters, and using ONLY "Line 1" on this Linksys Modem/Router. ALL 6 of my House Phones now work great...of course getting some New Updated Software from Clearwire/Linksys helped too.
    THANKS for all the Inputs, I appreciate that.

    Have you paid for support? I don't see that you would have.

I just set up a new linksys wrt54g without a sim card. now my home phone wont work. but when i unplug the phone from the phone port my internet wont work? do i need a sim card for my home phone to work?

More information is needed about your setup.

Do you have:

cable modem <--> router <--> computer
and:
cable-telephone-box <---> telephone

or:

DSL-modem <--- VOIP adapter --> telephone
and VOIP adapter -> WAN port on WRT54G <--> computer

Please clarify.

Have system for voip. Only can't hook up the

Try getting a router that has one in/4 out between modem n voip. Your voip unit should have an RJ45 connector to connect to router, not your computer. The USB connector might be to connect the voip to a different type of router, and will not be used. The 2 phone connectors are for two different phone lines that your voip provider can provide you with.

VoIP Modem Problems??

the line coming in from your old provider of phone is causing your problem, I am a phone tech for cable company and I find this all the time . your old phone provider if still hooked uo is push a small amount of voltage onto your in house wireing even though it does not have dial tone. just unhook your test port on the old interface and this should fix your problem .dsl filters will also cause a prblem , make sure all filters are removed.

If you have a phone that works off a broadband modem, that is a VoIP phone. That will not work with a home phone line. I'm assuming Verizon is your local Telephone carrier that provides your local dial tone.
The broadband modem would have the phone number of whatever VoIP phone service you have.

Sounds like the Clearwire modem has issues. Can you contact clearwire or go to there website and see they have FAQ's?

It is possible they have your modem in an internet only class- I would call them and verify the modem is in a class avaiable for phone.

VOIP will no ring

Just "VOIP Phone" is not enough information to help you. There are many hundreds of different phones, connections, & setups you could have. What type of phone (make, model number)? Is this a VOIP phone connected through a home network, cable modem etc.. for home use? Is it a single line phone connected to a VOIP box connected to your cable modem? Is it a VOIP phone system connected to regular copper phone lines? Are you using a VOIP phone at home connected to a VOIP phone system at work?
