Problem for i-mate JAMin Smartphone
Will not turn on
Recently purchased a used imate JAMin. It is on charger now and will not turn on. This phone hasn't been used for about year. maybe the battery will need to be replace? Thanks

If you cannot really turn on the power of your Imate, even if you are charging it, make sure you are using appropriate charger! Once you have a chance to turn the power, try to make a hard reset. Or better if still not charging, try to recharge it using your USB cable and connect it to your pc or laptop.
And about the battery, usually it will not last for a year, atleast 6 months we need to change the battery especially PDAs, to have the efficient performance of it. Try to buy a new battery and test it. If still not work, perhaps you have a problem with the charger.
