Need instructions for a Brinks security box with keypad and key

I have a Brinks security box (made for storing valuables) that has a keypad for entering a combination and a separate key. The box is locked  open so I am able to access the little red button on the inside ( I assume it has something to do with setting the combination to the desired numbers). The key will not turn. I need instructions for operating the box.

You can also order a replacement Master key and user key by calling 1-800-223-8566. They will tell you what you will need to do to order the Master key for that safe.

* Enter in the Network name (SSID). (It was your desired SSID from Step 6 ).
* Uncheck the box “The key is provided for me automatically”.
* Put in the “Key 1” code from Step 7 into “Network key” and “Confirm network key”.
* Push “OK”
# Open Internet Explorer (with the computer connected to the Router)
# Enter 192.168.1.1 into the Address Bar, push Enter
# Leave the User Name field blank
# Under the password field enter “admin”
# Click “OK”

# Click “Wireless”
# Click “Basic Wireless Settings”
# Enter a desired name into the “Wireless Network Name (SSID)” field
# Write down your Wireless Network SSID, it will be used for later.

I have a Brinks home safe model 5074. The combination no longer works, and the batteries are still good. The combination worked just last week. I do not have the keys. Any ideas?

I have a Brinks model 5074. I did the notarized statement to Action and they sent me a set of keys to open the safe. However, I also asked for the instructions on the sequence to set the electronic key pad. Obviously, they didn't send the ops instructions and it's a holiday weekend. Can you provide the insturctions?

    Lost Safe Keys

The safe comes with 3 keys...2 User keys and 1 master. The user keys require a code and a key to open the safe. The master does't require a code to open the safe. As far as I know, there is no way to open the safe without one of the keys...call for a locksmith...

    Brinks safe

As I understand that safe has four numbers to the combo. 1) turn the dial to the right passing the first number 4 times stopping at that number the next time around. 2) Turn the dial to the left passing the second number 2 times and stopping on that number the next time around. 3)turn the dial to the right passing the third number 1 time and stop on that number the next time around. 4) Turn the dial to the left stopping on the last number. 5) Insert the key into the cylindrical lock and turn it to the right.
