Traction control light is on d car is making loud noice wont move

The traction control will signal when there is a difference in speed of wheel rotation from one side to the other. Sometimes an Emergency brake can come apart inside the drum and jam a wheel.

A worse case condition would be a stripped differential gear on the axle shaft. The wheel sensors may pick up the difference in rotation of the remaining shattered parts.

Only a few things to do to see how bad stuff is. Elevate both rear wheels, put transmission in neutral and try to move rear wheels. If 1 does not move, it is either jammed inside the differential or jammed
out in the brake drum.

Try getting jammed side brake drum off. If still jammed, the differential cover needs to come off.

Please help jammed kick start

You broke something internally. You will need to take the engine apart to see what is jamming it up.

Have 1983 Yamaha 650special and i can't turn the ignition at all. like someone tried jam something in there. took apart seems fine, push down and turn and all wiggle even. Nothing any suggestions other...

When you remount the switch after inspecting make sure you're not jamming the back of switch against something. When you turn key you're actually pushing down, that gets connection "bar" room to slide from one connection to another. With no clearance the "bar" can't move.

Homelite strin trimmer head wont rotate

The only way to access the bottom of the metal shaft is to break it. This is fused on at the factory. It sounds like your flexshaft has twisted in two. Remove the flex shaft from the engine end and see if it is in one whole piece or is damaged in someway. If it rotates at the top but doesn't rotate at the string head this is probably the problem. However, Homelite no longer offers just the flex shaft for purchase. You would probably have to purchase the shaft and the tube as a unit.
But if you are saying the spool and string is not turning at the bottom it could be that the cup which holds the string has worn and can not longer be turned by the shaft. Replace the cup that holds the string.
Another possibility is that the shaft have moved forward, away from the engine and just need to be jammed back in, and retightened (the handle grip and the boom clamp).

Older A200 Reessembly

just did mine a200f. try this, if all gears are in line place bearing cap back on planitary this is the cap on top. this should hold bearing in check from moving up and down. if this works for you remember not to over tigthen bottom jam nut, lower end should move freely. post to let me know if this solves your problem. CARRIAGE JAM

Had the same problem - it read as a paper jam first, then as a carriage jam. After a bit of playing around, I took the back panel off and manually feed a piece of A4 card (something solid) while rebooting it, it seemed to have cleared then and now is working fine.

Hope this helps :)
