Hpmedia center will not turn on

The house lost all power, since that time HP Media center will not turn on. There is a green blinking light on the back of the tower.

have you tried unplugging it from the outlet and leaving it for a few minutes before plugging it back in?

try unplugging the power supply unit cable from the motherboard then plugging it back in again.
