Water leaking on fast spin

hi Eamon.
this is what i found from the internet.
Washing machine leaks on spin Last updated on February 6th, 2017
Sometimes a washing machine leaks on spin, but not before. If this is the case, either it's going into spin with too much water inside, or something may only be leaking under the pressure and tub movement caused by spinning.
If you can see water running out of the soap drawer during spin it's probably gone into spin without pumping the water away properly. If it wasn't pumping water out at all it would not go into spin, but a partial obstruction can reduce the flow enough to allow a spin with the water unable to escape fast enough. This causes water to be forced up into the drawer or out of the steam vent at the back. If you suspect this check the last section of this article - Washer leaks from drawer
If water is coming from underneath when it spins then it's more likely to be caused by something leaking only under pressure. Check the door seal all around inside for slits and small holes, especially higher up, which may only open up and let water out when the washer is bouncing around on spin.
Other possible causes are hoses inside the machine which have small holes which open up during spin or which leak where they connect to the tub under spin conditions. These type of leaks often leave tell-tale rust or dry detergent marks. After that there could be a crack or small hole high up in the plastic outer tub which only gets exposed to water when it's forced around the tub during spin.
You are looking for something that is moving and allowing water out when the tub bounces around under load, or something high letting water out when it gets thrashed around the top half of the machine on spin. If you can't see anything obvious get a washing machine engineer

I have oil leaking on my 110 24622300 Kenmore washing machine

If oil is dripping on your washing machine, you must have something above it that is leaking. Look up to find it.

Your washing machine does not have an engine.

The clothes are still wet after dry cycle is finished

Lift the washing machine and look underneath. Inspect the bottom of the gear case for evidence of oil. If oil is present, the oil may have leaked onto the spin clutch causing it to slip during your final spin. The transmission and clutch may need to be replaced.

Gearcase is leaking oil

What brand??? Whirlpool ,kenmores leak through the front shaft by coulpling. It will still run with low oil, it may get oil on clutch wich can make it slow spin.
Ge's old and new leak oil and can run for a long time with no oil. They will get loud and scize up after awile. Old maytags leak and keep on running. New ones drop dead.
Run yours till it dies, replace the trans with a new one or buy a new washer. There is no fix for any leaks, just replace transmission or washer.

Whirlpool washing - clothes are still dripping wet at end of wash

Hello, sounds like you have a problem with your clutch assembly, tilt the machine back and access it from underneath..if you see oil at the base next to the motor this means your transmission is going bad and the oil has got into the clutch assembly..If this is the case you may as well go buy a new washer now since it is really expensive to replace the clutch and transmission. If however you don't see any evidence of oil underneath your going to need to replace the clutch assembly. If you have mechanical experiance by all means try yourself...if no experiance get a tech in to do it :) thanks for using fixya! Mike

Washer barely agitating and not spinning

This may be an indication of a failing transmission. Look underneath the machine and particularly at the base of the transmission for signs of leaking oil. If so, the transmission is definitely failing.

Kemore washing machine

The spin problem is related to the clutch and possibly the transmission. The transmission will leak oil which gets into the clutch causing it to slip. Reach underneath the machine and wipe your hand across the base of the transmission. If there is oil on your hand replace the transmission and clutch..

If there is oil leaking out, you may have a leaking gearbox.
There is nothing you can do about that but replace the gearbox.
Here is a website link for parts.
