- thanks, I didn't see how it could anything but that.
Sometimes the quick disconnect on the sensor looses contact, cut the quick disconnet out and splice the wires using ceramic wire nuts. If that don't work then check your wires and if they are in good shape then you will need to change your computer.

I have a model JKP90B0M1BB GE built in combo microwave/oven, built in; it is about 13 years old. The microwave just won't heat/cook things, but it runs and the oven works great. Is this fixable? If so, how? Or, would I be better off just buying a new unit?

Broil will not work on top oven and only heats eough to char a paper towel on bottom oven. The bottom oven broil element will not glow red. Top element gets only a few volts of AC. Both elements check OK with ohm meter and work when taken out and 220 applied from an external source.

Model JKP50 double oven... no power whatsoever to anything in oven (panel, oven light, timer, etc.)... flipped breaker off then on again... no change... I did not check the house breaker to see if it was defective yet. Are there any fuses within the oven itself that would cause this symptom? If so, where are they located. thx Mike

GE double oven, model J KP 38 GOJ6BG, the timer beeps or buzzes continuously unless the power to the oven is turned off. Otherwise, the ovens work and I can do without the clock/timer but can't make it shut up. It has not been working well for sometime, i.e. the push button to stop it would stick and it would take several pushes to make it pop in or out. Husband pulled the oven out from the wall a bit but could not determine which wires went to the clock/timer. Thank you. B HOyt
