Question about Toshiba DKT-2020 Corded Phone
I have a home user who has been having trouble with her IP phone. Originally she was getting a message on her phone that she couldn't get an IP address. When I had her switch to another port on the router (and reboot it), she's been getting "IPU not found".
I know there are ways to troubleshoot this on the phone but I haven't been able to find anything to help me do this. Does anybody know how to check the configuration on the phone? And maybe ping the BIPU?
This problem just started occurring yesterday. Up until then, the phone worked fine. I appreciate any help you can give me!
