Question about Microtek SCANMAKER 4850 Flatbed Scanner
I have a new hard drive, I tried to download the CD to activate my scanner and all I got was "cannot find scanner" Can I buy a new CD for this scanner?
I was weird how the original CD for this failed three times. So after a simple call I was given a website to go to and instructions on how to use it. In minutes it was up and running. Thank you for getting back to me and if you know someone who needs the same help the number I called was 310-687-5940. I went to support.microtek.com and used the download there to get my scanner back. Thanks again, Kelly
